Duties and responsibilities of Security Personnel:
- Protect life and property.
- Assist to visitors, guests and members of the organization.
- Patrol on foot; pursue suspicious individuals and/or violators discovered on organization property, and control disorderly persons.
- Enforce organization policies and regulations in an effective, courteous and sensitive manner.
- Provide rapid respond to safety, fire, medical, crime, environmental health, and other emergencies on site.
- Escort staff and other members of the organization on hotel as needed.
- Assist local law enforcement, fire and other emergency service agencies in the performance of the duties when requested.
- Provide security at special events on organizations as needed.
- Control traffic and parking on hotel, including enforcement of the organization’s motor vehicle regulations.
- Support the crime prevention function. Respond to calls for assistance or service.
- Prepare and submit reports containing required and pertinent information in a timely and efficient manner.
Mobile Patrolling Services:
OnTop Security Services provides exclusive Mobile Patrolling Services for all our vital clients for physical remote surveillance and reporting system. Presently OnTop Security is equipped with 1 nos. of patrolling vehicles plying all over the Dubai. This service will come free of charge.
