TRAINING

ON TOP has its training operations spread across the country through the training expert. Equipped with the state of the art training facilities, all our trainers are led by certified instructors.

ON TOP runs specialized, standardized aligned training courses for fresh guards. We also run periodic specialized training programs for Supervisors, Operations Officers, and Operations Managers.

ON TOP also caters to its customers through effective and structured on-site training programs. Our trainers not only lead the training sessions at the customer sites at mutually decided frequencies but also continue to track, monitor and report progress in absentia. We also encourage our customers to be involved in the training process, give us feedback from time to time and inform us of any special requirements.
